PROCESSING

CThe entire procedure is executed in an organized manner to ensure the proper management of every document. Following the selection of candidates, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mofa) is issued, and the candidates undergo medical examinations to determine their fitness status. Once the candidates are confirmed as medically fit, the visa processing begins.

DOCUMENTATION

The candidates' documentation is assembled once their visas have been officially approved and stamped. Individual files are created for each candidate, comprising a medical report, insurance policy, agreements in both English and Hindi, and the final approval letter. These documents are provided to the candidates prior to their departure.

TRAVEL

The travel arrangement is the last step in our recruitment process, following orientation, medical checks, and insurance. Once tickets are confirmed, we proceed with contract signing and a final briefing. We provide orientation before departure, addressing any questions. Candidates receive their documents, including their passport, air ticket, and government approval letter. We also offer travel training and follow-up to ensure a safe and successful journey to their placement.
